My firstborn was an absolutely shocking sleeper. I truly believe that sleep deprivation is a special kind of torture, so once I worked out how to help my son to sleep better, I became a Gentle Sleep Coach & Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant so that I could help other families leave the sleep deprivation behind too.
I’m Mum to two young boys and between them both we’ve experienced all of the things – terrible sleep, colic, reflux, intolerances, tongue-ties, if it affects sleep, you name it and we’ve probably been through it!
But the good news is, along with my qualifications as a Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant and Gentle Sleep Educator, my real life experience puts me in a unique position to help you and your family.
