Here's what my clients have to say about me:

Are you asking yourself, “Why won’t my tiny human just GO TO SLEEP?”
Every night, it’s the same exhausting routine. One more hug, one more song, one more sip of water… and somehow, your toddler has become a philosopher with urgent questions about the meaning of life right at bedtime.
And it doesn’t stop there. Even if you do get them down, you know the night is far from over. You brace yourself for those middle-of-the-night wake-ups, the midnight wanderings, the sudden cries, the tiny silhouette at your bedside at 3 AM.
You’ve Googled all the things. You’ve tried all the tricks. And yet, here you are, running on caffeine and the fragile hope that one day, evenings will actually belong to you again.
That’s exactly why I created this guide – for sleep deprived, negotiation-weary parents who are ready for real, practical solutions.
Inside, you’ll find straightforward, no-BS strategies to help your little bedtime lawyer finally settle in for sleep, without endless stalling, power struggles, or those middle of the night surprise visits.
Because honestly, there’s only so much coffee can do, and you both deserve to wake up feeling refreshed. Let’s get you and that adorable night owl sleeping like pros!
OK let’s be real.
Parenting beyond the baby stage? It’s a whole new level of challenging. Your little one is walking, talking, and full of big feelings (and even bigger tantrums). And bedtime? Suddenly a nightly battle of negotiations, protests, and endless “one more” requests.
Now, it’s not just their sleep that’s suffering—it’s yours too.
You know sleep is essential for both of you, and you’ve tried everything to get them to fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up at a reasonable hour.
But here you are, a member of the “Seriously, why won’t you sleep?” club, where coffee is a food group, 5AM is the new “sleeping in,” and middle-of-the-night surprise visits from a wide-awake toddler have become your new normal.
Your nights? They’re just not working.
But here’s the good news—it doesn’t have to be this way.
We all know about the old-school sleep training methods like cry-it-out.
Maybe the thought of leaving your little one to cry alone just doesn’t sit right with you. Or maybe you tried it, and, well… let’s just say your toddler wasn’t on board.
Either way, you know that approach isn’t for you.
And maybe you’ve tried waiting for things to improve on their own… but they haven’t.
So now you’re stuck wondering: How on earth do I get this tiny bedtime bandit to actually stay in their bed and sleep through the night?!
That’s exactly what my Gentle Sleep Guide for Toddlers will teach you.
I remember it taking hours to get my son down of an evening.
I remember being up at 2AM… then 4AM… then 5:15. Walking my toddler back to bed again and again, and eventually giving up and either sleeping in his room or letting him sleep in my room.
I’d scroll through forums, read every sleep article, and try everything only to be up again in another couple of hours.
The only advice I kept hearing? “Just sleep train.”
But every fibre of my being said no.
So I went deeper.
I studied sleep biology, infant development, and attachment theory.
I became a Certified Infant Sleep Consultant, trained in responsive, evidence-based approaches, and since then, I’ve supported hundreds of families through the exact same struggles.
And that’s when everything shifted…
for me, and for the amazing families I work with.
More sleep.
More rest.
No guilt.
No crying it out.
Just clarity, confidence, and calm for the whole family.

I’m a Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant and Gentle Sleep Educator, and nothing brings me more joy than helping exhausted parents like you reclaim their sleep, their sanity, and their evenings.
Over the years, I’ve helped countless families completely transform their child’s sleep – without sleep training, without power struggles, and without losing sight of what truly matters: connection, trust, and a parenting approach that actually feels right.
As a mum of two, I know firsthand how draining those sleepless nights can be. I’ve been where you are, running on caffeine, Googling “why won’t my child sleep” at ridiculous hours, and feeling like I was failing because nothing seemed to work.
And if there’s one thing I’ve learned? Parents don’t need complicated sleep advice. They need something they can actually use, something that makes sense when they’re half-asleep at 3 AM, trying to navigate yet another wake-up.
That’s exactly why I created the Toddler Sleep Guide—a straightforward, easy-to-follow resource designed to give you the tools, strategies, and confidence to help your little one sleep better without stress or guilt.
I truly believe every parent deserves access to real, practical sleep solutions that respect their child and align with their parenting values. And this guide? It’s my way of making that support more accessible, so you don’t have to navigate this alone.
I can’t wait for you to start using this guide and experience the huge difference it can make, for your child and for you. Because you deserve a full night’s sleep too.
No. I don’t use cry-it-out or variations of cry-it-out such as controlled crying. In fact I don’t do any sleep training at all. No leaving your child to cry. No strict schedules, timed checks or limiting responsiveness. No forcing things before you or your child are ready. This approach supports gradual, responsive changes that feel good for both of you. If you’re looking for a sleep solution that centres connection and co-regulation, you’re found it!!
Depending on your child and what sleep challenges you are facing, it can take 1-4 weeks of consistency to see an improvement in your child’s sleep.
This guide has strategies and tools to suit children from 19 months to 4 years of age.
PSSSST…. I also have a Newborn Sleep Guide (under 12 weeks) and an Infant Sleep Guide (3-18 months).
You’re not here because you’re failing.
You’re here because you care. Because you want sleep and to show up for your child in a way that feels good.
This guide?
It’s not just about schedules or sleep tips.
It’s about handing you a plan — and a bit of hope — in the middle of what’s likely the hardest season of parenting so far.
You deserve rest.
Your child deserves gentle support.
And you both deserve to feel better — without compromise.
This is your invitation to make that shift.
Let’s get you both sleeping better, starting tonight.
💛
