About Me

Hello, I'm Shannon.

I’m a Mum of two & a Gentle Sleep Educator. 

I help exhausted parents to lovingly improve their child’s sleep so that they can get back to enjoyable nights and a child-free bed, all without the tears or stress of traditional cry-it-out sleep training methods.

As a reformed sleep-deprived parent myself, I’ve lived the transformation that I now guide my clients through. I’ve personally navigated through all kinds of sleep situations with my two little loves, such as early rising, bazillions of night wakes, and sleep-sapping challenges like reflux, colic, tongue-tie and all of the illnesses and teething.

 I founded Young Sleep Support because I know how hard sleep deprivation can be, and how it can impact everything in your life, from your relationships, to your physical and mental health.

My goal is for Young Sleep Support to be a lifeline for exhausted parents, providing evidence-based, actionable solutions that are literally made for you and your child.
