Learn from my journey to better sleep 😴 When I Learn from my journey to better sleep 😴 When I was in the thick of those sleepless nights, I was struggling hard. I was desperate for answers, feeling like nothing was working and that I’d never get a full night’s sleep again. But then everything changed when I started making some key adjustments—what I now call the “Gentle Sleep Makeover” method. And guess what? Since sharing this method with other parents, I’ve seen it work wonders for them too.
