No. I don’t use cry-it-out or variations of cry-it-out such as controlled crying. In fact I don’t do any sleep training at all. No leaving your baby to cry. No strict schedules, timed checks or limiting responsiveness. No forcing things before you or your baby are ready. This approach supports gradual, responsive changes that feel good for both of you. If you’re looking for a sleep solution that centres connection and co-regulation, you’re found it!!

I get it. This guide is designed to be skimmable, digestible, and practical. You can read it during one nap (or a few feeding sessions).

You’re not alone. So many parents who land here have “tried it all” and are still exhausted.
