This guide is all about empowering you with knowledge and tools to teach your baby the skills to have longer, more restful sleep. It’s very normal for children to wake for feeds until around 9-12 months and this guide is not about forcing anything unnatural, rather, about teaching you the tools you need to improve sleep within the realms of what is biologically normal.
This guide is not about promising overnight miracles or immediate results.

Depending on your child, and on the settling strategy that suits you and your family best (there’s lots to choose from in the guide :)), in general it can take 1-3 weeks of consistency to see an improvement in your child’s sleep.
