You've got questions? I have answers!

No. I don’t use cry-it-out or variations of cry-it-out such as controlled crying. In fact I don’t do any sleep training at all. No leaving your baby to cry. No strict schedules, timed checks or limiting responsiveness. No forcing things before you or your baby are ready. This approach supports gradual, responsive changes that feel good for both of you. If you’re looking for a sleep solution that centres connection and co-regulation, you’re found it!!

I get it. This course is designed to be bite-sized (a series of 5 minute videos), digestible, and practical. You can watch it during one nap, or listen to the audio in the car, and there’s a printable troubleshooting flowchart and sleep guide that you can reference when your brain is too fried to remember anything.

You’re not alone. So many parents who land here have “tried it all” and are still exhausted. This course isn’t a generic list of tips, it’s a flexible, step-by-step roadmap rooted in attachment and nervous system science. It’s designed to adapt to your baby’s temperament and your parenting style, not force you into rigid routines. If you’ve felt like other programs didn’t fit your real life, this was made for you.

It’s very normal for children to wake for feeds until around 18 months and this course is not about forcing anything unnatural, rather, about teaching you the tools you need to improve sleep within the realms of what is biologically normal.

It’s realistic for most children in this age group to be able to sleep through the night with 0-1 wakes, and this course is designed to show you how to achieve this!

While every child is different, I have helped SO many parents using the strategies in this course to achieve that elusive full night’s sleep, longer naps, and an overall happier, well-rested child (and parent!).

Depending on your child and what sleep challenges you are facing, it can take 1-4 weeks of consistency to see an improvement in your child’s sleep.
